Father Miguel Angel Arata Rosenthal receives the City of Tartu decoration, the Tartu Star. The awarding of the decoration has been justified as follows: “Catholic priest and chaplain and school head of the Tartu Catholic Education Center Miguel Angel Arata Rosenthal moved to Tartu in 1997. Father Miguel is very warm, empathetic to people’s joys and concerns and helpful – his dedication to the Tartu Catholic parish, the Catholic education center, and many residents of Tartu deserves recognition.”
