Income tax benefit
The Diocese of Tallinn and all Catholic parishes and monasteries registered in Estonia are included in the list of organizations eligible for income tax benefits. Therefore, as an individual, it is possible to receive a tax refund on your donation. In this case, please include your personal identification code in the payment order so that we can forward it along with the donated amount to the Tax and Customs Board.
A legal entity can receive an income tax benefit on a donation amounting to up to 10% of the company’s profit from the previous financial year or 3% of the payroll subject to social tax in the current calendar year, according to the company’s choice. We will forward information about the donation to the Tax and Customs Board at the beginning of the next financial year.
